Police reports from Hornberger already turned over, turning over the police file on Gilbert held in abeyance. * State to ask crime lab to provide Attorney Woehrer with information (names and dates) of all Wisconsin Crime Lab cases bearing the numbers 251, 5251 and S251 during the years of 1973 and 1982. * Motion for contempt of court argued but not decided at this time * Parties agree that if documents have to be opened and the seal has been violated, chain of custody has been breached and will not become an issue at a later date.
