As to the Amended Charge: Court sentenced defendant to serve a term of IMPRISONMENT in the Wisconsin State Prisons for 40 YEARS, CONSECUTIVE to any other sentence. INITIAL CONFINEMENT of 28 YEARS, with credit for 191 DAYS time served, and EXTENDED SUPERVISION of 12 YEARS. CONDITIONS OF EXTENDED SUPERVISION: 1) Referral to the mental health division of probation/parole; 2) AODA assessment and cooperate with treatment programs; 3) NO contact with any illegal drugs, drug paraphernilia, drug dealers, drug users, and/or drug houses; 4) Submit random urine screens and breathalyzers; 5) Obtain and maintain full-time employment; 6) Pay all Court costs, fees, assessments, and surcharges, or, if NOT paid, a CIVIL Judgment may be entered; 7) Provide DNA sample if not already given, pay DNA surcharge, or, if NOT paid, a CIVIL Judgment may be entered; 8) Pay restitution in the amount of $0; 9) Maintain absolute sobriety; 10) Receive vocational training. Court advised defendant on Extended Confinement or "bad time". Defendant is NOT eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program or the Earned Release Program. As a convicted felon, defendant may NEVER possess any firearms and/or body armor; Court advised the defendant that he may NOT vote in any election until his CIVIL Rights are reinstated.
